Insurance coverage depends entirely on your specific plan. Some plans may cover a three-unit bridge, while others pay a percentage for different procedures. Most dental plans also have an annual maximum, which limits how much they will pay each year.
That’s why December and January are often busy months, when patients want to finish treatment before their yearly benefits reset.
