A “snap-in denture” is another term for an implant-stabilized denture that you can remove yourself. We generally recommend removing it at night to give your gums time to rest and recover, but it’s not strictly necessary. The important part is cleaning underneath the denture regularly.
The denture simply snaps on and off the implants using O-rings, making it easy to remove and replace. Many patients, especially women, choose to wear their dentures 24/7, and that’s perfectly fine as long as they are kept clean.
