What Are the Best Options If I Have No Teeth?

When we replace all of your teeth, it’s called a full-mouth rehabilitation, and there are several options to fit different needs and budgets.

The most economical option is a denture stabilization with mini implants. For patients who struggle with loose upper or lower dentures, this can be life-changing. We typically place six implants on the top and four on the bottom, often retrofitting your existing denture with housings and O-rings that snap securely onto the implants. The stability is far greater than any adhesive, allowing you to enjoy foods like steak or corn on the cob again with confidence.

From there, you can also choose a fixed option. Removable implant dentures are usually made of acrylic and may need to be replaced every 7–10 years, while a fixed ceramic restoration can last a lifetime. A fixed “roundhouse” bridge spans the entire arch, looks just like natural teeth, and is permanently secured to the implants. To clean it, patients simply use a water flosser to rinse underneath. These cases usually require 8–12 implants on the top and 6–8 on the bottom, providing excellent function and a natural appearance.
