Traditional implants usually take longer (about 4 to 6 months) to fully integrate with the bone. If it\u2019s not an immediate placement, healing usually takes 4 to 6 weeks. For immediate placements, it may take 6 to 8 weeks to allow the extraction site to fully close around the implant.<\/p>\n<p>Patients also tend to experience much less pain and discomfort with mini implants compared to traditional ones.
